Carsmart helped me when NO ONE else could. I was in desperate need of building my credit up and a buy here pay here just wasn't an option. I called to ask some questions and was to get pre qualified over the phone, a big help since I stay in St Joe.\t\nI came in for an appointment on a Saturday with my 2 kids. There were a lot of things to keep my kids busy, including a theater room! I was able to be helped right away... The whole process was painless. I drove away that day with a 2011 Chevy Silverado! Exactly what i was needing. I cant thank Carsmart enough!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I was very nervous walking into Carsmart, and that all kind of faded away as soon as I got thru the door. Everyone there was so nice and friendly! They did everything possible to get me into a car to fit my family. I was very suprised when they told me what the payments were going to be. I thought for sure with my credit score I would have had a huge monthly payment, VERY UNTRUE. I am so happy with my new car!! I am going to tell all my friends to come to Carsmart! Ted Heater really IS a dealer for the people!!

I heard the ad on the radio and really thought it was to good to be true, so I called in and spoke with Courtney and went thru a pre qualification process. I found out that there were lenders willing to help me, so i set an appointment to come in to the dealership. I arrived at Carsmart and was greeted with smiling faces and people who were willing to help me. I came in with less than perfect credit to say the least. I also came in with a hope of getting into a certain vehicle but was afraid that my credit wouldn't let me..... After submitting my information to the finance department i got a quick response that I was approved for the car that I was hoping for and also with a monthly payment that I could afford. This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!!! \t\n\t\nI will soon be looking to get my son a vehicle and there is no doubt that we will be coming to Carsmart! \t\nThanks for everything!!!!
