False Advertising

My complaint against Burns Chevrolet is the false vehicle information provided. I specifically searched for a non-smoking vehicle, and they listed the car I purchased as such. Unfortunately, this was NOT the case. My vehicle is extremely nice and rides wonderfully, but this was a SMOKER'S car. I had the cabin air filter replaced, and it looked like a cigarette - disgusting. I have tried several remedies to remove the cigarette smell. The dealership treated the vehicle as well. Unfortunately for me and my family, we have a beautiful car that will always smell like smoke. Since I bought it used, I am stuck with the purchase. Please be extremely careful to verify the truth of their advertising. I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership!!!!

Buying any car is one of America's unalienable rights. Unfortunately, a sales person at Burns Chevrolet forgot this freedom. On June 21, 2011, I received a call from the sales person. This is the exact quote from the message, "Hey this is Rhonda from Burns. I was just calling to see what happen. All of a sudden, umm I spent a lot of time and effort, and blood sweat and tears and then I'm on my way home and they call me and tell me that you decided not to do it because of the pastime. Umm That doesn't effect the ride of the car at all. It's only a payment reminder and and any way I just wish there was something I could do because I did all that...that's a good vehicle. I did all that work and spent all those hours with you and I got absolutely nothing out of it. Umm so if you will call me and let me know if there is anything we can do. I mean I don't understand why it was sudden. But you know how to get in touch with me. Thanks."

YOUR FAULT AND YOU KNOW IT..NOW PAY FOR YOUR PART

ONE OF THE WORST. I have ever dealt with Belive me a bad word travels faster than a good one and you and your repair team will get nothing but a poor report from me, you Mr. Burns and your Mister Repair Manager can both get together and take pleasure in knowing that you had my vehicle for 16days on a 2 day repair and costed me 600.00 in rental fees that partly you should be responsible for and you well know it... you all have cost me and my family undue stress and finances strain in a time where it was not nessacary had the proper procedures and repairs been done in a timely manor..
you can however make it right by at least agreeing that you can asume some of the fault and responsibility to the fees acured
