worst display of service EVER!!!
my sister & I arrived in the drive thru at 10:54, thankful that we had made it in time for breakfast!!We were there 6 minutes before bkfst was to end, or so we thought. As I placed my order for a ham crissanwich the voice in the headset advised me that bkfast was over...i kindly informed her that it wasnt quite 11 am yet. I had my heart set on that ham crissanwich, so i pressed the issue. I reiterrated my desire for my breakfast item. The tone in her voice showed her irritation. My sister ordered fries along with her bkfst. we paid jessica and had to pull around & wait for the meat items. My sister decides to change her fries to onion rings.She went inside, against my better judgement, & asked jess to make the chg.Jess rolled her eyes at my sisters request & half heartedly agreed to make the chg. This was the most apalling display i'd ever encountered. But to put the icing on the cake when I complained to her mgr ryan he told me that jess didnt do tht and shut the window in my face
