Before we bought our first home the seller paid someone from this company to come out and inspect the furnace and make sure it was in proper working order.Well they came out and said everything was in "working order".We bought the house and a month into ownership the furnace stopped working.We had another company come out and they said the blower was not even wired to the furnace which caused the blower to not work properly.Because Phil Brown Heating did not find this issue upon inspection and rectify it our home warranty will not cover it.I called the company and got the run around with a promise of a returned phone call and a week later I have heard nothing.They do not stand behind their work,so save yourself money and aggravation and go someplace else.
