Broadway Square Apartments

they ask you come into the office and put in a request for maintence to come by your apartment so they can get right on fixing what you have requested. but several times it took them up to two weeks to fix anything.. first my air stops working (this has happened three times), mildew in my bathroom at least twice and the refridgerator leaks (been about 3 times now) once you go in they tell you it will be done today but it doesnt ... took them like i said two freaking weeks to fix anything. you'd have to be an presistant person (angry) to keep walking in to see what there problem is because they NEVER answer the phones. one time i walked in while i was calling them it was three people sitting at their deks, the phones were ringing really loud and noone was in the office.. and nooone answered the phone. by the time i walked in i had been on my 10th call ..and they say they dont take calls when its close to 5pm (the time they get off) but i had been calling since 10am on a weekday morning.. so angry i moved here !!
