Bremer Family Winery

Do you like big, juicy, fruit-forward, bold red California wines? Me too - and that's what you'll get at Bremer. Perfectly crafted - aged to perfection (one year they tasted us the Chardonnay, but wouldn't sell it yet - it wasn't ready. Not ready, it was the best Chard we tried that year!) In 7 years, I haven't tasted a wine there I didn't like - just ones I couldn't afford at the time. Bremer only makes a few wines - Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Claret. Each is a glowing example of the California style. They promised me in April 2009 they would stay true to the style and not turn French, like so many in the Valley. Lip-smacking wines that hold up over time (if you can wait that long). They have a small select clientelle - get on the waiting list ASAP!
