The place was clean and the people were polite. The problem for me came a year later when I was going to see another doctor and tried to get them to fax my results to the new doctor. I called them twice over a week and a half asking for the results to be faxed. They said they would both times, then did not. Now I have had to put off my doctors apt twice, and the office has still not faxed the results to my new doctor. I am in so much pain I was crying on the phone the second time they said they would fax the information, and they still didn't bother.
