Bodyworks in east haven was the best women's only fitness center in Ct....unfortunately the vision that Susan trischitti had of truly helping women of all shapes sizes race etc was cut short by the owners mark and Lori Dilungo...who put quite a bit of funds into the gorgeous facility but didn't care about the members or the instructors enoughh to set us up in another place while they sold out our space to YALE who signed a very long contract with them...it is a crime that they shut the doors after a year and a half because the bookerper and owners wife didn't know how to run the financial end of the business and...she just got bored after a few months...guess tufts what happens when you are a millionaires wife...try something get bored and onto the next thing...some people in the higher tax brackets think that people are disposable ...very sad for all of us who finally found our comfort zone...there will never be another place like it...one of the disposables...

i just want to say how great the staff is at body works, any question you have they have the answer.I was in a car accident some 8 yrs ago and I still have some problems but the staff there let me know how to modify my workouts so i can still take the classes and not add to the pain,,The atmosphere is comfortable and there different classes to take so you never can get bored,,

Body Works Studio has so much to offer. There are numerous classes, cycling, Kinesis machines. You will never be bored with your workout.
The staff is always pleasant, courteous but most importantly understanding of your needs and highly motivational. You can get a great workout in 30 minutes or stay as long as you want. Women with all different levels of excersice experience come together. No one person stands out. It is a team, family atmosphere.
