Bluemound Express Co Inc

Very unhappy with Bluemound Express. One of the two movers they sent acted as if he were high on drugs. They packed the moving truck so badly that everything caved in and all of my furniture was damaged in the move. The movers on the other end were afraid to unload the truck because they didn't want to get crushed by the furniture. When I called to complain, the owner was very rude and uninterested in my problem. Also, I saw the movers wheel one of my belongings out my door and it was not on the moving truck at the other end of the move. I guess the movers decided to keep it for themselves. I have pictures of the inside of the truck and all of the damage.

I used Shorewest Home Services to set up quotes from three different movers and Bluemound Express was significantly lower than the other two. They said with the lower number of moves, the fact that we were moving off-season and mid-month, they really wanted our business. They physically came to our house to review everything we were moving and provided the estimate. After the estimate, we actually sold our entire living room set (sofa, loveseat, tables, entertainment center), two dressers and our patio furniture, yet the truck they sent was STILL too small to fit everything in. Said they would come back after they unloaded at our new house to pick everything else up, but the fact that the new home owners were moving in that afternoon (which they knew about) caused me to spend the next four hours in my own minivan making trips back and forth to get the rest of the items out of the house.
