Big O Tires

Having been a long time customer at Big O Conifer, I am disappointed to say the service has deteriorated to the point where I can no longer go there. After spending nearly $1000 on a set of new tires they informed me that I had a bad tire sensor. After replacing the sensor they could not get it calibrated and my dash light was still on. I came back three times and was told to drive the car and it would reset itself. They offered no further solution. I went to a my regular mechanic and they replaced the sensor with a factory sensor made for my car and calibrated the sensors. I had to spend over $300 to fix what they had done. They did however refund the cost of the incompatible sensor. But after 3 trips to Big O with no relief and then a trip to my mechanic I am furious at the waste of time and money. The owner is hothead and would admit no wrongdoing.

Big O in Conifer treated me with courtesey and repect. They were very helpful with giving me a ride home while they worked on my car since my brakes was bad. I was happy to find that the final bill was less than I thought it would be... Incredible service from start to finish! I will definetly be returning for further services. Thanks Big O

I recentley went in to Big O Tires in Conifer because I had a flat tire... Upon the technicians inspection of my tire, he found that it was unrepairable. I drive a Subaru so I ended up actually needing to replace all four tires because of the awd and the lack of tread left on my tires... They ended up giving me a unbeatable deal on a set of snow tires! I could not find them for a better deal anywhere... They check my alignment for free as well. Great service!
