I was searching for a new physician near my new home and came across Steele Creek Family Practice and called to get an appointment. I was on hold for more than 10 minutes, I hung up and called back some one answer and said "hold on i have a patient in front of me" shortly there after another person answered the phone VERY RUDE, unprofessional asked me to repeat myself several times in such a rude tone of voice, i asked her to hold on while i verify a date, and she hung up on me. SO RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM, i am so Glad I did not get a chance to make the appointment. \t\nWill not recommend anyone to call this place

I went to this office with a sprained ankle. It ended up costing me $528. They charged me $321 for an office visit, and $207 for a plastic brace that you can buy for $41. Amanda, the office manager could only tell me, "Oh that is just what we charge." I waited 2 1/2 hours to see a doctor, then when I saw her, she spent a good bit of time giving me her life story. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.
