Littlejohn sent a mother of 3 young daughters to jail b/c father alleges that she didnt allow the sibiling to tag along for daughters visit. Judge issued previous orders ordering each part to do and not do certain things, primarily calling the police for any issues. Father is a controling person who wants to continue to dominate mother. He totally disregarded Littlejohns orders, make 3 police reports in 6 months. Took the kids to Mexico w/o passports and mother's consent, didnt pick them up when he was suppose to for summer visitation but the Judge didnt hear anything only the issue of the sibling not going with sister on sisters birthday and sent mom to 3 days jail. Ladies is this the type of judge you want hearing your case. It's time to vote and get a judge that will follow her own ruling and listen to each case without making haste decisions. Your almost made to feel that she takes it personal. How many more mothers will go to jail and leave her kids alone because of controling fathers who dont follow the ruling.

AIDA ROJAS is now running for this seat and we should all take a close look at this energetic, fair and practical judge who will bring back the dignity and reputation that the 150th District Court deserves.

Individual is up for reelection in Nov 06. Presents as a judge who makes decisions hastily with minimal information. I believe we need someone in this seat who will give each case the time needed to appropriatly assess the situation.
