They turned my hair ORANGE and it was a basic highlight job. THEY ARE SO RUDE: I... tried to call back for a color correction and they canceled on me TWICE and then when I finally got an appointment to have it fixed, Doug called and said I would have to pay for his screw up because more than 7 days had passed. Trust me, I have gone to so many salons and tried out many different stylists and hair colors, cuts, styles, you name it, and I have never had my hair look so brassy and orange and have been dealt with in such a rude, unprofessional manner.
