Horrible Customer Service! Will not be going back ever! They were way over priced on a stroller I wanted. So I took in a printed price from a web store that they said they would match over the phone. Then they tried to get out of the price match! First, they said they could only match the price if they had the item in both stores, I said no way because I had already called about it twice and they said to go ahead and come into the store. So then, they said that they couldn't sell me the stroller right now because there was a recall, (but only on the color that I wanted) Doesn't that sound strange? I know they were lying, and just trying to get out of matching the price.

This store was a shock! Really bad customer service; NO knowledge of their products (and if you're spending hundreds of dollars on a stroller, someone ought to be able to tell you how to fold it); they said they had something in stock, showed it to us (which was something they obviously didn't want to do, but we wanted to see the $100 item before we bought it!) and then sold it to the person in front of us (erroneously as the people were getting the item in the set they were already buying!!); their merchandise system is convoluted; and, once more, rude manager! Thank heavens for amazon.

Read their return policy very carefully!! It basically says that if you open the box and use whatever you buy, that's it. No return on ""trials and exchanges"". They never communicated this policy while shopping in the store, nor did they before we completed the purchase with the cash register. It was only after the purchase did they staple their stupid policy slip to the receipt did we realize what was going on!\t\n\t\nTake my word for it, go spend your baby money somewhere else!! At least you have a chance of getting your money back if your not satisfied!! I wish I could select ZERO stars!!
