The reviews "dont go" and "Not a good Experience" about Berg Legal Clinic are ridiculous. My friends, relatives and myself have used Berg over many years. They are truly professional and caring of our problems not to mention reasonable fees and good results

I've been trying to deal with this place for over a year now just to try to get my divorce finalized. First off they continued to charge me for things that i was not aware of. They did not inform me of all that i needed to do they continued to get paperwork wrong. They were rather unprofessional and when I mentioned that they had got information wrong on the paperwork told me either that is what I told them (I think I know my own daughter's birthday) or "not to worry about it. the judge won't care." I'm very disappointed and would never recommend anyone to visit this place for any reason.

Initial consultation was very good. Mr. Pontifex, provided me with wonderful consultation,and advice,however as far as, customer service, and providing efficient and accurate documentation (exceptionally poor).

Although we are not talking about a lot of inaccuracy in money, little things like purchasing your own money orders for sheriff fees, and still being charged, does not create a trusting relationship.

I spent a total of three week trying to get an itemized statement of how much owed, to settle my bill. After finally receiving it, (open documents for review), it was quite astonishing to say the least, however because I was anxious to complete divorce I paid the balance of what they say was owed and asked for a paid in full signature only to be denied. **Poor Customer Service**

Customer service on each occasion. Very Uncle Tomish.
