Get to know our partners, Mark Crimmins and Sarah L. Smith. Established in 1986, we are completely committed to providing reliable and affordable legal services for Fort Dodge, IA and the surrounding communities. Mark R. Crimmins was born and raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa. After graduating from Creighton University School of Law in 1985, Mark began practicing law in Fort Dodge and continues that practice today. Mark is licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa, the State of Nebraska and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit in both the Northern and Southern District of Iowa. He is a member of the Webster County Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association and Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers. Sarah Livingston Smith grew up in Gladbrook, Iowa. After receiving her Bachelors of Arts degree from Iowa State University, with distinction, phi beta kappa, and as an associate member of the Honors Program, Sarah attended the University of Iowa College of Law where she graduated with distinction. Sarah is a member of the Webster County Bar Association and the Iowa Bar Association. Her primary areas of practice involve litigation in family, juvenile and criminal law.
