Bend Veterinary Specialists

Jeff....was a non paying disgruntled customer....We have a successful and well thought of referral internal medicine and surgery practice. New appointments consultation fee is $119.50.
He made reference to our old practice which we sold in 2003, and which went out of business several years after we left 2009 I believe) and had no further association with....

Was quoted $40 for an exam and LONG BEHOLD $119.50!
Said explanation:
"we quoted your vet $40 not you" Thing was is they(as in not me the 2 vets) collaborated to make an appointment for my dog.
The staff at Bend Animal Hospital relayed me the message for the $40 quote via Bend Veterinary Specialists. BVS called me later to confirm the appointment.

"we are not responsible to tell you the fees" As that MAYBE true don’t you think it’s only good business?

I am not the only one that this has happened to. You can read reviews of their old practice is San Jose called South Bay Veterinary Specialist. Oh by the way no longer in business, Try giving them a call 408-363-8066. Customers complaining about being treated terrible by the same receptionist that now works here in Bend.
