Bella Italia Restaurant

to all of the good customers who i served to in the last 3 years. i just want to say that i am NO LONGER WORKING AT BELLA ITALIA.the owners did not agree with what i was doing and found it in their best intrest to let me go. they want to run a traditional restaurant and felt that the way i cooked and prepared MY FOOD AND RECIPES was not good enough so thank you and keep a look out in the future for my wife and i will open our own place with MY RECIPES and cooked the way it has been done by me with 25 years of culanary experience.

i have been the head chef for 3 years at bella italia and have really enjoyed all of the great customers who have enjoyed my cooking and recipies at the restaurant.i have woked in the north end of boston for 8 years and have been giving you my culernary skills and good product .i do have an intrest in to some day own the restaurant and to continue to bring the same quality of food and portions at a fair price. we want to be a family owened buissness and to keep a good product and atmosphere to all of our great customers
