Beer Batter Delights Food Concessions offers a variety of deep fried REAL beer batter entrees for you & your guests.
In addition to fairs festivals & tradeshows food services we offer catering for:
Office Parties, Luncheons, Special Events, Car Shows, Car Sales, Employee Events, Ice Cream Socials, Sports Events, Charity Events, Patrons Appreciation Day, Birthday Parties, etc.
LUNCH: Monday through Thursday office luncheons are one of the favorite catering services we offer. Small, medium to large companies have us bring the COOKED IN BEER all Beef Jumbo Hot Dogs &/or Italian Sausages right to their lunch room where we prepare them HOT & FRESH.
The HR department faxes or texts the order early morning or the day before to our company with the time they want the Beer Batter Delights luncheon and menu selection delivered. We prepare the basic order at our health department licensed & approved commissary and rush the order to the work place.
Once we arrive we set-up a table in the conference or lunch room. Our chief then builds the sandwiches FRESH right on the spot offering a variety of toppings the employee or guest can choose from.
A typical luncheon menu would look something like this.
A QUARTER POUND all beef hot dog COOKED IN BEER on a FRESH sesame bun, Garnish would include a choice of relish, onions, pickle spear, banana pepper, tomatoes or chili cheese.
OR
A LARGE Italian Sausage COOKED IN BEER on a FRESH sesame bun, Garnish would be diced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and Italian spices.
OR
Italian Meat Ball Ravioli Cheese Sandwich served in a FRESH sesame seed bun topped with ptarmigan cheese.

Amazing… All this for as low as $8 per person. Employees typically will pool their money to pay for the luncheon bringing down the cost. The more who participate the better the price!
