This place is terrible!

I bought a futon and a mattress here. The futon is so cheap that I have to take the mattress off of it in order to change it from a bet to a couch. This place sells really cheap stuff that won't work when you get it home.

I purchased a bed frame with 12 drawers, six to a side. The bed frame was made of the cheapest, softest wood known to man and the drawers are very rickety and care must be used when opening the drawers. The cheapest possible hardware was used for the drawers. Prior to delivery the store owner suggested that I get a sheet of 1/2" thick plywood so this could be set on the frame to hold the mattress.

That's the good news.

The bed frame came in three separate pieces. Two pieces that held 6 drawers each, a panel with two doors that when opened reveals the space under the bed.

First off, there are no screws or bolts or even nails that hold the bed frame together. The store owner just placed the bed frame on the floor and slid the two-door panel in a groove on either side of the six drawer pieces and called it good. That was it. Before he even left the bed had been moved a bit, and the two-door panel no longer fit. I had t
