Becker Heating

I once called them to do some work for me also . I wasn't Sure i had called the right place. The receptionist was very rude. She didn't even answer the phone as a business. A "hello" is all I got.They did the work without a permit that they told me they were going to take of. After talking with the building inspector several times, I found out they, never got one. They lied to me for 4 months before I finally was able to have them pull one. MAKE SURE YOU SEE THE PERMIT BEFORE THEY START.

The first time I called Becker Heating & Air Conditioning was 3 years ago when I first bought my condo. The air wasn't working too well, and I thought I was going to have to buy a new central air unit. The appointment was quick, efficient, and best of all; cost effective. A new unit was not needed, just some maintenance and a slight recharge.

Flash forward 3 years later and I'm in the same situation. I called Becker Heating & Air Conditioning again, despite the bad reviews I saw online. Once again I was pleasantly surprised by another quick, efficient, and cost effective appointment. Maintenance and a slight recharge were needed.

Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with my experiences with Becker Heating & Air Conditioning. They are dependable, honest, affordable, knowledgable, and responsive. I would recommend them to any friends or family members and plan to continue to use them for all of my future HVAC needs.
