I travel an hour away to this location because they are the best. They carry a brand of wigs that are hard to find and are high quality, so I make the trip. They have sales often and my favorite is the buy one get one. I never feel like I'm being watched hard or made to feel like I should not be spending my money there. They have have something for everyone from every walk of life. Also they have private areas for you to try on wigs and make your selection. This place is great!!

live in Columbus Ohio and was looking to buy a product that is carried in stores here in Columbus but a little on the expensive side so I contacted the supplier and they suggested I try to contact Beauty Outlet in Dayton ,OH. When I called and spoke to an associate who claimed to be a manager named Crystal she was VERY VERY rude and was not willing to assist me with my request. I needed to know if they carried the brand that I was looking for and the price and she would not assist! She just keep repeating over and over that they do not give pricing over the phone. I mean no sympathy what so ever to the fact that I was willing to drive more than an hour to spend my HARD EARNED money at her establishment! Needless to say this company will never see a dime of my money and Crystal needs a job where she is not in customer service because she is not cut out for it!
