Bayport Automotive

Being a woman is not easy when trying to get your vehicle looked at let alone worked on. I brought my Honda into Bayport Automotive to have it looked at and diagnosed. Jennifer the office manager was very pleasent and friendly. I talked with her about what problems I was having with my car and let her know I needed an estimate first before I could decide if I was able to do the repairs. She went and talked to Jason, her husband, the owner and he came and talked with me as well. I did have to leave my car to be looked at but was able to be driven home by Jennifer because I was close in the area. After a few hours, I did get a call from them about my car and was told what was wrong with it and how muchit would cost to be repaired. I honestly could not believe that the price was as resonable as it was. I had already got 2 other estimates and it was several hundred dollars more then Bayport Automotives. I got a ride back to the shop, Jason took me outside and actually showed me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be replaced. I gave them the approval to fix my car. The next morning my car was complete and was ready. Even though I had to be without my car for a day, to me it was worht the wait and the money they saved me. Thank you Bayport Automotive. You have a customer for life, and many more that I will refer to you. :)

I hate taking my car to a mechanic. From experience I don't trust them and they usually break something else. If I can't fix it myself I start thinking about buying a new car. Had a problem with the way my engine was running. Gave myself a tune up and did whatever else I find on the repair blogs. Gave up and took it to one guy who said I needed a tuneup. When I told him it was just tuned up he said I probably need an engine rebuild. Typical. Was looking for a mechanic that knew their stuff and wasn't going to rape me. An aquaintance mentioned Bayport I I brought it in and gave them the history. They diagnosed the problem quickly, the harmonic stabilizer, and got the part from the dealer and installed for about $200. I couldnt even find the part that cheap online. These guys are good and my new goto place. Thanks fellas, keep up the good work!

I took my car to bayport automotive at 517 el dorado. I got to tell you, if you need to get ur car fix for ANY reason, go to that shop! i went and really appericated their service!! The owner was nice and spent his time talking to me about my car and had it fix at a very good price!! I will never take my car to any shop expect that one at bayport automotive because i got great service and honest price.
