If I could give no stars, I would!! Horrible customer service from the employees. I have been buying from Bath & Body Work's for years and never been treated so rudely by the employee's of this particular store!! I'm NEVER shopping at this one again. Honestly, I don't know if I will even continue to give B & B my business. If I do, it will be at the West Town Mall store, they have always been nice there!! They need to teach the one's at this store (Turkey Creek) proper customer service etiquette!! Lazy, asked no one if they needed help, acted like we were bothering them when we came to the register for then to ring us up!! My sister had to help this one man in there find what he was looking for!! He was even complaining about them, cause they were NOT busy in there, they were gossiping to each other and lollygagging around!! Well that store will NEVER get my business again!!
