Beware of magically changing prices!
There is a reason that they do not post their prices online and it is because they will quote you a price and then change it on you! \t\n\t\nI needed to board my two dogs while on vacation. They were also in need of shots. I took them to Barfield Animal Hospital and was quoted $348. I paid a $300 deposit and offered to pay the additional $48 upfront. The lady at the front desk said to wait until I picked them up, because depending on the results of the fecal test, the price might be a little more or a little less. Her statement reinforced the fact that the price she quoted me was including their exam and shots. \t\nUpon picking up my dogs, my balance was $246!!!!! The dogs spent exactly the amount of time I indicated and the basic shots for boarding. No additional medical treatment was necessary and their fecal results were negative. \t\nWhen I questioned the lady, she said that the $348 was the cost of boarding and if I liked, I could speak to the manager on Monday. She offered no apology for the miscommunication but rather smirked, blew me off and went on to the next customer picking up her dogs.\t\nIf there cannot be clear communication about something as simple as a price quote, then I question the quality of their services and will never take my pups back again!\t\nTotal price: $546!!!!!

Sorry about your experience
I just boarded my 5 dogs and they all need shots. They were very upfront about the cost. The boarding alone was almost 350 and then they had their shots done. You may have misunderstood the person. The young man that check us out on sunday explained everything that my dogs had done to them during their stay and if they were good or not.
