Horrible would be an improvement
Telephoning the Eldersburg, MD branch is a time wasting process that's hardly worth the effort. After 20+ minutes for the first call, it was another 18 minutes before heather answered. She politely informed me that the bank was understaffed and 4 people were already waiting at the bank to see her, but promised to call me back. Now 2 hours 42 minutes later I'm still waiting for her call.
This bank isn't to big to fail, it already has. After I drive there, I'm canceling my accounts. I recommend senior citizens with plenty of time on their hands bank here. It's perfect for them.
Long waits and poor customer service.
This branch does not seem to have enough staff. The lines are long in the lobby and long in the drive-through. If you need to see an account representative, you can expect to wait 45 minutes or more. The last teller I had was very rude. There is no reason to bank here when you can get better service anywhere else.
