Massage, but especially ayurvedic massage practices, increase circulation, stimulate detoxification, and calm the nervous system and mind. We will honor silence during your treatments, allowing you to slip into a meditative and rejuvenating state of well-being.

Ayurveda, or "life science" is the 5,000 year old system of health care stemming from ancient India. We are honored to practice in the ayurvedic tradition and greatly respect the integrity of the practice.
