AutoZone Auto Parts

I had bought an AutoZone battery that died while under warranty. I went to the store and when it was my turn in line they asked me to wait for a battery test while they waited on others that came in after I did. After they determined that my battery was bad, I asked if they installed the batteries they sell. The AutoZone team member said, “Sometimes.” We went inside and I asked again if they install batteries and he said, “We give partial help.” He then handed me a tool box. Finally I asked the supervisor if they installed the batteries they sell and he could not give a direct answer either. So even though they “May” install a battery, I walked outside with a battery in one hand and a tool box in the other, after I paid $75.00 for the battery that still had several years left on the warranty. Their competitor will get my business from now on. I guess my money is not as good at AutoZone as others “May” be.
