I second the arrogance and condescension review...
I used to buy used equipment fron this place - it was a good way to acquire decent stuff on a tight budget. The past several visits, though, they've been quite snooty about it - I've been ignored, heard derogatory comments behind my back, and generally treated with disdain. I think when they first started they were truly appreciative of everyone's business. Now they only want the big spenders. Point taken - I won't be back.

Great place tons of stereo gear
I'v bought gear from these guys for the last 11 years!! Always proffesional and far from the last reviewers comments! These guys are A on Angie's list and been in business for 20 years they are obviously doing their customers right!, I'll keep shopping and going broke here!!

What do you want to know?
I went in there in October 2009 to look around, talked to this guy named Graham, and have never encountered such a staggeringly high level of arrogance, pomposity, and condescension. Don't do business with these guys unless you absolutely HAVE TO!
