Avoid ABC moving
ABC Moving and Storage moved us from our home in Atlanta to O'Fallon last August. We agreed upon the original quote, the majority of which was going to be covered by our employer. Two days before the move, unbeknownst to us, they changed the estimate and forged our signature. This was then sent to our employer. Then, they showed up late and took an extra day to load us.
We were not aware of this until our things were delivered. We were forced to pay the extra amount or they would not deliver our stuff. They have not to this day provided us with a final bill. The amount we were overcharged does not match the bill on file with our employer.
Worse than their deceit, is the lack of professionalism that they have demonstrated. They have not returned our phone calls or responed to our letters. We are going to have to settle this matter in the court system.
