TERRIBLE, AVOID, & DON'T HAND OVER YOUR CAR THEM

Very rude, poor customer service. Not truthful about the location of the car and at what time it will be towed to the dealer. Bad customer service, unhelpful when asked questions. If they would just be upfront and truthful, that would've been okay. I regret having to deal with them, wish I never handed my car over to them.
