It is possible for patients to not respond in a parallel manner and expect failure of surgery but negligence at the end of a doctor or hospital is completely unacceptable. My family was sure how they wanted to go about this, but we did not have enough awareness about the complexities of such cases. Bridgewater Law Group has helped us through and through on this.
