Atlanta Check Cashers-Store 17

I went to cash my check there was no line so i Immediately walked up to the window. The cashier took a while to verify and when she did I was charged 5% i was like why are you taking so much she said the sign is right back there on the wall and was like now what attitude ...only because I had some one waiting on a payment (insurance co) around the corner I would of been like forget it but the transaction was completely done. I would think that the rates should be posted in front where customers can view not in the back of our heads wow 11.00 fee to cash 234.00 wow !!! really I said you could of said something to me before completing this transactions poor customer service.
