This company refused to acknowledge a legitimate complaint that I had regarding their service. Had I known that they would treat problems by ignoring them, I would have gone with another company. Be careful if you choose to use them, there will most likely be problems that arise with financing/refinancing--especially in today's difficult financial environment. When the problems do arise, it is much better to be involved with a company that will respond rather than dodge the issue(s).
