Got my hair cut and colored by Jim O`Keefe. Color was good, but hair-cut the worst experience Ive had so far. Why? First of all not listening to what I want, totally doing his own thing. I came in with long hair (down to my hips) cut to a V in the back. I clearly expressed I didnt want to cut too much, just trimming, and wanted to keep the shape and somewhat rough look to it. Instead I ended up with my hair cut off straight and blunt (which I clearly specified I did not want) about 7 inches shorter than when I came in, now looking like a prissy school girl (which is definitely not my style). I was totally shocked, and when I later confronted him with the situation, he both denied what I had told him, that he had cut that much, and rather acted as a victim of the situation, with absolutely no understanding why I would be upset and rather getting upset himself walking away.
