Reviews about Arizona Custom Dry Cleaners

Heather Champion

Make up your own mind about us

My name is Heather Champion and I manage Arizona Custom Drycleaner. I have always taken great pride in my work and not only do I run the store I work at the counter and press and dryclean. I have never asked my employees to lie or cheat any customer out of their money or proper treatment of their clothes. I personally clean all the clothes and spot them. Carly posted a poor review of my company and I feel everyone should know the circumstances of her leaving. And I ask you to consider that she worked at the cleaners for 2 years and all of a sudden she thinks we do poor work come on. Carly is a disgruntaled ex employee who walked out of my store for no reason. Carly's last check was not shorted at all as this is illegal for me to do so per the Labor laws. I urge anyone reading Carly's review to take it with a grain of salt and come in to see us I personally would be more than happy to show any customer the care and excellent quality we provide for our customers. Thank you for your time

Illegal Activity

I was an employee at AZCD for nearly two years, and I know firsthand the kind of care that your clothes recieve. I can assure you that they put forth as little effort as possible into cleaning and pressing clothes. Most things are brought back to them with complaints, at which point they will then make an effort to make up for their lack of effort. Most things are pressed without being cleaned if their drycleaner does not see any spots on the items. They spray the clothes with a chemical that makes the items smell like they have been cleaned when actually they haven't, though most people don't notice because there were no spots on the items. Heather Champion, the Manager of this store, has been cheating her employees since she came back to run the store, lying to them so that they will in turn lie to the customers. I learned of their schemes while working there and quit, at which point my pay was docked. If you get your clothes cleaned here, they won't really be clean.
