I was locked out of my apartment at night, not only did they get to me in 15 minutes he got the door open immediately. I had been locked out 2 years ago and used a different company and had an awful experience. After making me wait for over 2 hours before he finally showed up he wanted to charge me a different price than he originally quoted me.It seems the 65.00 he originally quoted me he claimed was just for coming over. To actually open the door he wanted 125.00 more...Because I was already so tired and frustrated I let him do it.He immediately broke my lock telling me it was the only way to get the door open. He then charged me 260.00 to replace my broken lock. My total cost was 450.00 for the same job A REAL NY LOCKSMITH Charged me 95.00 and got me in within 15 minutes without any damage to my lock. A Real NY Locksmith was a very refreshing experience, not only was their service very quick, they charged me 95.00 and got me in immediately I was in shock. The locksmith was very professional and courteoous, they now have me as a customer for life!!!! It was truly a refreshing experience to know there are really honest and trustworthy people when I was caught in a jam and could of easily been taken advantage of. A REAL NY Locksmith has my business for life and I would recommend them to anybody!!!!!
