I have been babysitting my laundry at this dry cleaner for months. The first two times I went, the garments came back pressed with stains still on them. The most recent time, I came to pick up three items and only two were ready. The clerk told me the third item was mistagged and could be picked up the following day. I came in days later to pick it up, only to be told that was lost and that it had been coded as having already been picked up! After scouring the racks, the clerk found the item which was not clean or wrapped. It was, in fact, not tagged at all. What kind of business is consistently this AWFUL?! The poor clerk who helped me was caught in the middle of a bad launderer and an even worse computer system. I would take my drycleaning anywhere but Anton's.
