Dealing with Christine was a NIGHTMARE. She is the paralegal but is the most rude person I've ever dealt with. She actually yelled at us in one of the most stressful times of our lives buying a home. She never returned our calls. You cannot understand what she is saying most of the time. She didn't respond to the seller attorney for 2 weeks and we almost lost our home because of it. The process was made 10x more stressful because of her. I don't know how she still has a job. After talking to our realtor, she had the same issue with another buyer as well. She Yelled at our realtor and told her she didn't know what she was doing!!! DO NOT use them to buy a home. If you do, request to have Rena and not Christine.
