Albemarle Propane

I have been a customer for over two years and I dread anytime I have to call them for anything because of the terrible customer service I have gotten every single time. I have ben talked to very rudely, had multiple errors on my bills, ordered deliveries that were then "misplaced" when the gas truck never came, Today I called and the operator can't even locate the correct account information for me when I have the bill right in front of me. I'm now having to wait for the manager to call back. Calling them for anything is like scheduling yourself for a root canal. If at all possible, everyone should choose a different gas company and save themselves the hassle!

i have been a customer for 7 years.i have just recently had a baby which put me out of work.I am back to work and tryin to get caught up on bills.just sent all my bills a payment.i woke up very cold this morning so i called albemarle propane the girl was extremly nice then i recieved a phone call back from LINDA SMITH she started out rude informing me no one would be out until my bill was paid i explained to her my situation.i informed her a payment was in the mail again she didn't care she stated that if i didn;t pay my bill she would take me to court.if my bills were never paid i would understand but they always get paid just this time a little slower.it's30 degrees outside heat is important. i feel like my gas company should care a more about their families so after this winter i will no longer be a customer and niether will anyone i know. im am going to spread the word of how i was treated also.
