Alamo Rent A Car

I have worked for this company for numerous years. The Manager Chris is a recovering Alcoholic/Drug Abuser. Goes to AA but still is addicted to pain killers. If you rent a car and get charged for a windshield, keep in mind that you are probably getting ripped off. This company does not replace windshields until needed. He will send you a copy of an invoice from company called "Jims Auto Glass" which Chris will handwrite this on his letter head to look legit. He does not replace until the drivers view is damaged. He will submit this to your insurance co, which is fraud. This company charges credit cards w/o authorization from the customer. Keep in mind, that you can charge this back to your bank. DO NOT rent. HIs daddy gave him the company and has no idea of the fradulant business that is happening there.
