Airport Towing

As a man in the same type of Business as Airport Towing,this gentleman that you accused of acting suspicious also have to deal with people coming down to his shop late at night and threating bodily harm everyday he works there,this way they don't let other people go into the impound yard except the registered owner,if you were that scared then you should have waited until in the morning and been charged the same price.

Second to scared, once again in this field ,we are threaten by people everyday that break the rules of their property managers where they live and think that it is the Towing companies fault,if and when these people think they are above the rules and regulations of the properties for which they sign a contract for to live there ,then this what happens.I can bet you or your friends instigated the incident with your attitudes or were aggressive to that woman and caused her to react supposedly the way you sad she did.This a very good company that you are trying to blame.

Had my car towed by them, and woman who works at office went postal on me! Pulled race card, offered to beat me up and threatened me. People like this should not be allowed in business where they have to deal with the public.
I understand this is not a clean business to be in, but it does not allow them to abuse people. And yes, they wanted me to go in the back lot by myself too. I refused and called the cops. Crazy woman would have shot me and then played innocent. Very scary people. BEWARE!

My sister's car got towed by Airport for "unauthorized parking." On the phone, the gentleman was pretty friendly and even agreed to meet my sister and I after his lot was closed at almost 9pm so she could avoid overnight storage fees. BUT he took my sister in his tow truck back to pick up her car and absolutely threw a fit when I followed in my car. IN HIS TRUCK he CHASED me out of the lot, yelling at me to "Get out!" I'm sorry, but we were in the middle of nowhere, it was dark, set back several hundred yards from the road and I was not comfortable with him taking a young woman by herself behind a privacy fence and around the side of a building, and in discussing it with my sister, she was nervous because ofthe way he acted when I followed back there. Right or wrong, I pulled back into the lot just enough so I could see until my sister was in her car with it cranked. If there was some safety policy for why I couldn't be there, fine. But say so nicely-don't act creepy and suspicious.
