Cappel Elementary School and Lewis & Clark Technical College. One of the best places to visit when you are in Moscow Mills is the Clark Spring Historical Site.

When we first moved into the subdivision it was well kept, beautiful and quiet. We have been here 4 years now and cant wait to get out! Management obviously doesnt care about any of the rules that theyve put in place. Their only care is that they get the house payment. There are cars up on blocks, grass not mowed, trash all over, trailers with broken windows and now we are being required (after 4 years) to pay $50 for each of our dogs.
