Abney Home Improvement & Farmers' Vegetable Market

My mother has been waiting for almost 3 years for Abney to install the screens they promised. They took her old screens when she first contacted them nearly 3 years ago, and since then have made excuses, lies and arguments as to why they have not followed through. At various times they have denied taking the screens in the first place. They have also accused her of making it up that they took her project 3 years ago, saying they were not in business yet then, even though she has the paperwork to prove it. Both Ron and Tim Abney have repeatedly responded this way. I agree with another post that this is certainly the worst company we have ever dealt with also! How on earth is this company still in business????

This is the WORST company I have EVER had dealing with! I would NOT recommend them for changing a lightbulb (I know that's ridiculous, but I'm VERY serious). DO yourself a HUGE favor & contact someone else. They are: NOT PROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE, FULL OF EXCUSES, LIARS.
As I said earlier, DO NOT USE them!!!!!

The product was not what was promised. Literature was another company's with Abney business card scanned over legitimate company. Installation was horrible. Also not as promised. This company and owner will lie non stop and about anything to get your business and get out of doing the work. I also agree with previous reviewer that these people are very argumentative. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to purchase from.
