Could use tips on Customer Satisfaction, as well as MANNERS!
I was a day late, or maybe 2 (because I was out of town for family issues) and my neighbor called me saying they were beating on my door AND looking through my windows.
Andmore recently, I tried 2 make a payment online, but the site isn't very 'user friendly' for it. So,I called them to ask how to do it. The guy I spoke with didn't know how to either. He asked someone else, and THEY didn't know. They told me they would figure it out and call me back,or I could just figure it out. I never received a call back and I wasn't about to waste any more time trying to figure out the online payment option.
However, the minute they want payment, they will DEFINITELY give you a call. I do NOT recommend the store on Dixie Highway.
