ABC WAREHOUSE

i have never went to a store and been so welcome, we have been with abc for a few years .
the employes ,remember you ,it might be a year later ,you will see the same employes,very friendly and warm i love my elkhart abc you guys rock

My boyfriend and i went into the Elkhart store and found ourselves very dissatisfied with the way people were acting in the car radio section. We walked up and were not greeting what so ever even though we saw they look at us. We looked around and had to walk up to someone to ask a question. Even then we were not greeted right about (they continued on with there conversation).

Also when we walked up to the counter the girl that was behind the counter we found out wasn't even in that department!! She was just talking.....

Once we were acknowledged, the people did not seem like they were eager to help. (Just )very unfriendly!!!
At the end our questions were answered but still not in a friendly way.
We were greeted as we walked in and then when we left were told to have a good day, it was just that one department we had an issue with. And my boyfriend and i made the decision right as we walked away that we wouldn't be buying anything there!
