I have never seen anyone charge as much as they do for doing so little. I cannot believe these jokers get away with their business practices. I thought I was a smarter person than to be taken for the ride they took me on. I have used plumbers for years and have seen good and bad but these guys are outward thieves.

I would give them no stars if I could. We went with them because there was something wrong with our sink on a Saturday and they had no overtime charges. However when they got to our house, they told us that it was going to be $380 and if we didn't want them to do it, we would have to pay $79 for nothing. We assumed it was a big problem, however when the guy was done in 15 minutes and all he had to do was snake a drain, we thought the price was unfair. I called the office manager and calmly explained the situation and she was VERY RUDE and yelled at me on the phone, and told me she'd think about it and get back to me the next day. I called back about a week later because she never got back to me and I talked to a different manager, who was nicer and he gave me a credit because he agreed that it was unfair. However, it looks like they charge everyone the same $380 to snake a drain for 15 minutes. Plus, a credit does me no good because I will never call them again. I was robbed!

i call to give price to do small job but cant know where to get that kind of money and do such little but now i no longer call again to go find help
