I took my computer to Call for PC Help.Com to have a virus removed, and the owner, Bob Rowland, said my hard drive needed to be replaced. He charged me $200.00. When I asked for the old drive to be returned he said he didn't have it. A month later, my son came home from college, and he looked inside the computer and it still had the old hard drive, which we could tell because it had my son's name written on it and he had installed it himself from another computer. Bob Rowland charged me for parts and labor which je never installed. The is a crook. Do not do business with this company.
