A & R Tire Service

i took my car into this shop to get my alignment done.
they told me it was fixed, i payed, and they sent me out the door.
- Alignment Was Still OFF!
called to make an appointment for them to fix it right the second time.
...ended up rescheduled appointment because i needed a new tire... ended up buying 4 new tires, so tires shouldnt be an issue with alignment... Even the Tire Shop told me the Alignment Was Off. i told them i knew and that i was taking it back to the shop (again) to get it done right.
second attempt to let a&r fix my car, they Never Hooked It Up To The Alignment Equipment! they stated that it was the same as last time (yeah, its the same = the alignment is OFF!)... girl at the counter blamed my tires (my brand new tires?). i even explained to her that i got a second opinion and that the second opinion said the alignment was off.
ive taken my car elsewhere, and even though parts needed replacing and camber was totally off, they managed to align the wheels. why not a&r?

i prefer to give ZERO stars!!
took car in Twice to get alignment done, because they didnt fix it the first time.
before second time, got 4 new tires... tire shop even told me my alignment was off, and i told them i knew, and that i was going to take it back to the shop to get redone.
2nd attempt, they never even hooked it up to the alignment equipment and blamed my tires. they said that "the alignment is the same as last time"... Yeah, its the same = It's OFF!! i told them i got a second opinion from the tire shop, but the girl at the counter said it was fine.
horrible business practices.
they take advantage of people!
-there are far better places to take your vehicle. dont trust a&r with your car.
