THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS
They took our money, now we never hear from them. If you call you just get an answering machine. Most of the other numbers are disconnected.

You are so right. We gave them $800 in June 2009, and then of course you never heard from them. I gave them until the end of October to get the service they promised done. When I cancelled in November and disputed the amount with our credit card Discover, then they r...igged up some fraudulent documents to show Discover they had done the job. But they used phony keywords to get us the ranking which did us no good at all because no one would use those keywords. Then Discover beleived them and they got to keep the money. A former manager there told us they were defrauding customers and they didn't even seem to care. I wish I could get 5 minutes with them with the doors closed. They are crooks. And Stacie Hatfield was mentioned as being a part of it. I have the letter to prove it. They won't answer the phones, and some of the other numbers are disconnected. Do not do business with these people.

Beware of this company. They will rip you off! I paid 359.99 and I got nothing. I was told to give them 2 more weeks and they would refund my money if they could not get it up (not to even mention 1st pg placement). 2 weeks later, Ms. Stacey Hatfield not only did NO...T give me my money back, but has changed her number. Do not do business with this company - they need to be jailed for taking advantage of small businesses.

Oh - forgot to mention in earlier complaint. They sell you their product under a name EZoomit and then you find out that Business Web Doctor is the one taking your money! Stay away from these 2 companies

Beware Beware - This company will promise you the moon, take your money and then give you nothing. I was actually called from the salesman after he left the company and warned that I would not get what I paid for, which was suppose to be first page advertising. They t...ook 359.99 and I am no where to be found 3 months later. I was promised by a woman named Stacy Hatfield who claimed to be an owner that she would refund my money if I would just give them 3 more weeks to get this page to have the 1st page placement I was promised. It has now been 7 weeks and she will not return calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. STACY HATFIELD IS A LIAR. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
